DayLink is a platform that connects content creators with local businesses. Creators can discover and apply to collaboration opportunities, while businesses can post offers seeking creative content in exchange for products, services, or compensation.

3. Account Registration

To use DayLink, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Not create multiple accounts or share your account with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use DayLink for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information in your profile or offers
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's functionality
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the platform without permission
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights

5. Creator Responsibilities

As a creator on DayLink, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your social media presence and content capabilities
• Honor commitments to businesses when accepted for an offer
• Create and deliver content as agreed upon with the business
• Visit partnered businesses within the specified timeframes
• Only submit original content that you have the rights to share

6. Business Responsibilities

As a business on DayLink, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your business, offers, and compensation
• Honor the terms of offers accepted by creators
• Treat visiting creators professionally and respectfully
• Review and respond to creator applications in a timely manner
• Not request content or services beyond what was specified in the offer

7. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create and upload to DayLink. By posting content, you grant DayLink a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the platform. Arrangements regarding content rights between creators and businesses are between those parties.

8. Payments and Subscriptions

Some features of DayLink may require a paid subscription. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the applicable fees for your chosen plan
• Provide accurate billing information
• Accept that subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any reason at our discretion. You may close your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting us.

10. Disclaimers

DayLink is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of user profiles, the quality of collaborations, or uninterrupted access to the platform. DayLink is a platform that facilitates connections; we are not a party to agreements between creators and businesses.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DayLink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email. Continued use of DayLink after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of New Brunswick, Canada.
